Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Easy Care Solutions.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order.


Free Next Day Delivery for orders over £100 Ex VAT (ordered before 1PM)


Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days. Next Day Orders placed before 1pm, except for weekend and holidays, will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will carry over to the next working day.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us using the Contact Us form.


Section 1 - Shipment time

All orders are processed within 1 Business Day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and there is no Sunday Delivery available. There is no general minimum order value on this website. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Details of delivery services over public holiday periods including Easter & Christmas will be advertised on this site nearer the time.


Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is applicable to UK mainland and Scotland

This is for delivery of products that are in stock in our warehouse at the time of order. This does not apply to some large appliance products and items, which are delivered direct from our suppliers. Next day delivery is not applicable to non-stocked products.


Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm should be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.


Stock availability

The majority of products advertised on this website are stocked items and available for immediate delivery from our central warehouse. If a product you want is not listed or is 'Out of Stock', please get in touch. Once we receive new stock, you will be notified.


Large Equipment, Scooters & Furniture

Our commitment to stock ensures that many of the larger products advertised on this website are available for immediate delivery. However, certain products are not stocked directly by us. These items carry a slightly longer delivery lead time. If you are unsure when your item can be delivered, please get in touch with us here. Unless otherwise stated, delivery of large items is generally to the perimeter of your premises and excludes positioning and installation.

*If the order total is more than £100.00, then you are eligible for free delivery.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that the Estimated Delivery Times are for items directly stocked by us in the warehouse.


Section 3 – Shipping Coverage



Easy Care Solutions delivers to the whole of the UK and Northern Ireland. For remote & offshore areas, please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. Additional charges may be incurred to ship to remote & offshore areas.



We do not ship to areas outside of the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland. If you would like to place an order from abroad, please contact us by either phone or through the form here to arrange collection or onward delivery. If you have not contacted us, your order will be cancelled


P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses


Section 4 - Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you would like to track your item, please contact us here


Section 5 - Damages

Easy Care Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save & document all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Furthermore, please ensure you get in contact within 24 hours, and ensure delivery, where applicable, is signed for as damaged or refused.
